Decision

To create a budget for
£34,301.05 from the S106 contribution listed below and
release funds, subject to a third party
funding agreement to Didcot Primary Academy for the bronze
sculptural tree art installation project at Didcot Primary
Academy.
 
And to release funds in total
as one payment, subject to receipt of the signed legal funding
agreement and sight of the licence issued by Oxfordshire County
Council to Didcot Primary Academy for the installation.
