Decision

To approve the following items
as part of the Berinsfield Healthy Placeshaping project which
supports the progression of the Garden Village vision through the
Community Delivery Plan:

To approve the Berinsfield Community Insight
Profile, inclusive of a Data Report, Community Insight Report and
Executive Summary (Appendix A) and associated draft Berinsfield
Health and Wellbeing Action Plan (a stakeholder plan developed in a
multi-agency approach to tackle the health inequalities outlined in
the Community Insight Profile, which will evolve over time
(Appendix B)).

To approve the Berinsfield Community Insight
Enhancing Health and Wellbeing Grant Funding Requirements document,
to be launched as seed funding to help implement the
recommendations and action plan (Appendix C).

·      
To approve Berinsfield Parish Council taking lead to
administer the above grant scheme on behalf of South Oxfordshire
District Council to enable and encourage an asset-based community
development approach and stewardship within the Garden
Village.

·      
To approve the transfer of £24,999 to
Berinsfield Parish Council to launch and administer the above grant
scheme.
