Purpose

To create a budget for
£39,875 from Section 106 contributions(S106) and release
funds to the Thame Town Council towards the Thame Air Quality and
sustainable travel project under 75(b) of council’s financial
procedure rules. and to enter into a funding agreement in the form
of a Third Party Funding Agreement, with Thame Town Council and
thereafter to release funds, in total as one payment, subject to
receipt of the signed third party funding agreement.
