Decision

To create a budget for
£24,345.10 from S106 contribution 22S06 listed below and
release funds, to South Oxfordshire District Council –
Technical Services, Land Drainage Team for the repairs to a culvert
at Lake Street, East Hagbourne that receives and conveys surface
water away from the residential area under para 75(b) of the
council’s financial procedure rules. To agree to transfer the
funds from South Oxfordshire District Council S106 Developer
Contribution budget to South Oxfordshire District Council Technical
Services, Land Drainage, new capital cost code to be set up for the
project or to LD01 revenue cost code, for the project detailed
below.
