Decision

To award the Joint Contract
Tribunal’s (JCT) Pre-Construction Services
Agreement (PCSA) contract to NG Bailey
Limited.
 
To transfer £1,592,000 from the Community Infrastructure
Levy (CIL) funds from the provisional capital programme to an
approved budget to utilise and re-claim from Salix for the cost of
the PCSA stage appointment, along with the identified enabling
works and equipment purchases.
