Decision

1. Approves an increase in the contract sum from £1,210,000 to £1,350,000.
2. Approves a contingency of £135,000, equivalent to 10% of the contract sum, to cover potential unforeseen site issues.
3. Notes that the increase is required to address additional works identified through the ongoing Section 278 approval process with LCC.
4. Notes the Director of Property and Planning has already been authorised to enter the necessary contractual arrangements to the deliver the scheme to construction.
