Approved the establishment of a capital programme budget of £270,000.

Delegated authority to the Director of Planning and Property, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and Assets, to identify and acquire a suitable property within the approved budget and subsequently undertake any necessary remedial works.

Approved the inclusion of the property within the Council's housing portfolio as general needs accommodation.
