Decision

Delegated the planning enforcement functions to Chorley Borough Council for the purposes of entering into a S106 legal agreement for use of specific council owned land as a Biodiversity Net Gain Habitat Bank and to enable registration of SRBC Habitat Banks on the Government’s Biodiversity Gain Sites Register.

Accepted the planning enforcement function from another local planning authority for the purpose of entering a Section 106 agreement to enable LPA’s land to be legally secured as a Habitat Bank only in reciprocal arrangements.
