The Standards Appeal Sub-Committee hears appeals from councillors who have been found by the Standards Sub-Committee to have breached the Members Code of Conduct. It considers these appeals in line with Chapter 7 of the Localism Act 2011. The sub-committee has the authority to administer sanctions if a breach is confirmed.
