Purpose
To consider the report of the Cabinet Member
for Finance and Resources providing an update on the Council's
financial position for 2025/26.
Decision
i)
Note the latest forecast financial position as set out in Appendix
1.
ii)
Note the revised General Fund and HRA Capital Programme, as
detailed in Appendix 2.
iii)
Approve the addition and spend of £0.62M to the Resident
Services capital programme, as detailed in paragraphs 4 and 5 of
Appendix 2.
iv)
Approve the virement of £10.27M within the HRA capital
programme, to improve delivery of Decent Homes, as detailed in
paragraph 6 of Appendix 2.
v)
Approve slippage of £36.67M, £25.91M within the General
Fund programme and £10.76M within the HRA programme, as
detailed in Appendix 3.
