Purpose

To consider the report of the Cabinet Member
for Adults and Health, seeking approval for financial envelope
bearing in mind re-procurement.

Decision

To award three Extra Care Contracts to the
successful Tenderer, Care Quality Services Ltd, with effect from
1st July 2024 to 1st July 2028 for an initial term of 4 years with
a possible +1+1 extension, at an annual value of £452,368.80
and a total contract value of £2,714,212.80.
