Purpose

To consider the report of the Cabinet Member
for Adults, Health and Housing, seeking approval of the new Private
Rented Sector Offer Policy.

Decision

(i) 
To approve the Private Rented Sector Offer Policy.
(ii) 
That, following consultation with the Cabinet Housing, the
Executive Director of  Wellbeing and
Housing be given delegated authority to make minor and
non-substantive amendments to the policy, as appropriate.
