Purpose

To consider the report of the Cabinet Member
for Housing seeking approval of an updated housing allocations
scheme.

Decision

(i) 
To approve the new Allocations Policy.
(ii) 
To delegate approval to the Executive Director for Resident
Services to make minor changes to the policy and approve the
implementation timescales of the policy once a new computer system
is purchased.
