Licensing Sub-Committee A

The two Sub-Committees (Licensing Sub Committee A and B) are authorised to consider and determine applications (where representations have been made and not withdrawn) under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. The Sub-Committees made up of three Members of the Licensing Committee and are convened in turn by rota, subject to the availability of Members.
