That the procurement strategy outlined in the report
to carry out an open tender procedure for the liability insurances
contract and associated claims handling for a period of three years
at an estimated contract value of £883,550 per annum
including insurance premium tax (IPT, charged at 12%) and VAT where
applicable from 1October 2025, with the option to extend for a
maximum additional two single years making a total estimated
contract value of £4,417,750 be approved.

That the procurement strategy outlined in the report
to carry out an open tender procedure for the property and related
insurances contract and associated claims handling for a period of
three years at an estimated contract value of £2,641,644 per
annum including IPT and VAT where applicable from 1 October 2025,
with the option to extend for a maximum additional two single years
making a total estimated contract value of £13,208,220 be
approved.

That the procurement strategy outlined in the report
to carry out an open tender procedure for the personal accident and
school travel insurances contract for a period of three years at an
estimated contract value of £65,000 per annum including IPT
