Decision

1. 
The Strategic Director
of Housing in consultation with the Strategic Director of Resources
approved the direct award from the Procurement for Housing’s
Social Housing Emerging Disruptors Framework to Plentific Ltd. for the supply chain and procurement
management solution platform dynamic purchasing system at a cost of
£497,500 for their core modules for a period of three years
commencing 23 January 2025 with an option for a one-year extension
if required, making a total cost of £622,500 for four years.
Core modules are listed in paragraph 24.
 
2. 
The Strategic Director
of Housing in consultation with the Strategic Director of Resources
approved the purchasing of additional modules and licenses within
the system at a total value of £817,200. Additional modules
are listed in paragraph 25.
 
3. 
The Strategic Director
of Housing in consultation with the Strategic Director of Resources
approved the processing of works up to £6.45m per annum
(£25.8m over four years) through the platform.
 
4. 
That the Strategic
Director of Housing in consultation with the Strategic Director of
Resources delegated the orders being placed in the system to
managers in the scheme of delegation up to the value of
£250,000 per order via the scheme of management, without the
need for further gateway approvals.
