Decision

 
1. 
That the strategy outlined in this report for the
procurement via a mini-competition from LHC framework of a main contractor for the
refurbishment and extension of 91-93 Peckham High Street (91-93
PHS) at an estimated value of £4.2m, be
approved.
 
2. 
That it be noted that the project will be in two
stages, comprising:
 
Phase 1 - Pre-Construction Services
Agreement (PCSA) to discharge the required Pre-Commencement
Planning Conditions and develop a design approach, programme and
acceptable Contract Sum for Phase 2, commencing March 2025 at an
approximate cost of £200k.
 
Phase 2 - Main
construction works including demolition of 89 Peckham High Street
and the refurbishment and extension of 91-93 PHS, commencing June
2025 at an approximate cost of £4m.
