That the Cabinet member for
Equalities, Democracy and Finance:-
1.
Approves the contract award for generalist external
community legal advice services, to Citizens Advice Southwark (CAS)
through a single supplier negotiation for an estimated annual sum
of £646,812 over a period of three years from 1 April 2025,
with an option to extend for up to two years, making a total
estimated contract sum of £3.234m.
2.
Approves an annual increase on the contract value in
line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) over the course of the
contract, set in September of each year for the following financial
year in line with CPI.
