Decision
That:
1.
The award of the contracts to Age UK Lewisham and
Southwark, Link Age Southwark, Time and Talents, Southwark
Pensioners Centre, and Blackfriars Settlement (five of the partners
in the Consortium of Older Peoples Services in Southwark
(COPSINS)), to deliver the Ageing Well Southwark service for older
people (60+) as a consortium, effective 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2027,
with an option to extend for a further one year through to 31 May
2028, with annual contract values totalling £695,562 and
estimated total lifetime contract values totalling £2,086,686
inclusive of extensions, noting each COPSINS partner will be
awarded an individual contract for delivery of the Ageing Well
Southwark service be approved by the Strategic Director for
Children and Adults.

The award of a contract to Age UK Lewisham and
Southwark to deliver part of the Ageing Well Southwark service
effective 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2027, with an option to extend for
a further one year, with an annual contract value of £333,733
and estimated total lifetime contract value of £1,001,199
inclusive of extensions be approved by the Strategic
Director for Children and Adults.

The award of a contract to Link Age Southwark to
deliver part of the Ageing Well Southwark service effective 1 June
2025 to 31 May 2027, with an option to extend for a further one
year, with an annual contract value of £133,425 and estimated
total lifetime contract value of £400,275 inclusive of
extensions be approved by Strategic Director for
Children and Adults.

The award of a contract to Time and Talents to
deliver part of the Ageing Well Southwark service effective 1 June
2025 to 31 May 2027, with an option to extend for a further one
year, with an annual contract value of £69,660 and estimated
total lifetime contract value of £208,980 inclusive of
extensions be approved by the Strategic Director for
Children and Adults.

The award of a contract to Southwark Pensioners
Centre to deliver part of the Ageing Well Southwark service
effective 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2027, with an option to extend for
a further one year, with an annual contract value of £88,799
and estimated total lifetime contract value of £266,397
inclusive of extensions be approved by the Strategic
Director for Children and Adults.

The award of a contract to Blackfriars Settlement to
deliver part of the Ageing Well Southwark service effective 1 June
2025 to 31 May 2027, with an option to extend for a further one
year, with an annual contract value of £69,945 and estimated
total lifetime contract value of £209,835 inclusive of
extensions be approved by the Strategic Director for Children and
Adults.

The award of the contract to Age UK Lewisham and
Southwark to deliver the Handyperson service, effective 1 June 2025
to 31 May 2027, with an option to extend for a further one year,
with an annual contract value of £57,512 and an estimated
total lifetime contract value of £172,536 inclusive of
extensions be approved by the Strategic Director for Children and
Adults.

The annual value of the Ageing Well Southwark and
Handyperson services will be subject to an annual price review that
takes into account the London Living Wage be approved by the
Strategic Director for Children and
Adults.

The Happy Feet toenail cutting service, which was
presented in a single consolidated Gateway 1 report for
administrative expediency, will be the subject of a separate
Gateway 2 report for the reasons outlined in paragraphs 29-31 be
noted by the Strategic Director for Children and
