Decision

That:
 
1. 
The application from the Sydenham Hill Ridge
Neighbourhood Forum to renew its Neighbourhood Forum status which
is due to expire on 19 February 2025 be noted by the Cabinet Member
for New Homes and Sustainable Development.
 
2. 
The start of the statutory process of consultation
on the application for Neighbourhood Forum renewal from the
Sydenham Hill Ridge Neighbourhood Forum, in accordance with
Regulation 9 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations
2012 and the London Borough of Southwark (‘Council’)
Neighbourhood Planning Decision Making report of 6 March 2015 be
agreed by the Cabinet Member for New Homes and Sustainable
Development.
