contract extension

Decision

That Acting Strategic Director of Environment,
Sustainability and Leisure approves:
 
· 
The variation of the Southwark Highways Professional Services
Contracts with Waterman Group (Lot A – Structures design
estimated cost £1M) and Metis NRP (Lot B – Highways
studies estimated cost £1.6M) & (Lot C – Drainage
funding requests, design work and project management estimated cost
£900K) by an additional 2 year period from 1 April 2026 in
order to deliver professional services to support the delivery of
highway improvements as part of  Lots A,
B & C of the Southwark Highways Professional Services Contract
2021-26, as further detailed within table below paragraph
6. 
 
· 
A Gateway 2 report (Appendix 1) notes the award of those contracts
and the delegation of the decision to approve the variation to the
Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure.
