Purpose

Contract Award for improvement
to play equipment and landscaping at Peckham Rye Park Adventure
Playground.

Decision

That:
 
1. 
The award of the Peckham Rye Adventure Playground
Improvement works contract to Duncan and Grove UK in the sum of
£460,222 for a period of seven weeks commencing on 19/06/2025
be approved by the Acting Strategic Director of Environment,
Sustainability and Leisure.
 
2. 
The allocation of a client
contingency of £46,022 to address the items identified in
paragraph 42 and delegation of approval of expenditure of the
contingency fund to the Interim Director of Leisure be approved by
the Acting Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and
Leisure.
