Decision

That the Strategic Director
of Children and Adult Services acting as the Strategic Director of
Housing
1. 
Approves the variation to the professional services
appointment of Calfordseaden LLP as the
employer’s agent (EA) for an additional value of
£647,425.46 (76% increase) which includes all RIBA phases
from stage 2 through to stage 7 of the Ledbury Estate
redevelopment, making a revised total contract value of
£1,495,425.46 for the period up to March 2030, an additional
two years after the original appointment.
