Decision

That the
Cabinet Member for Communities, Democracy and Finance approves the
variation to the Housing Investment Programme of £2,632,574
for the 66 Linden Grove new homes project for the reasons set out
in the Gateway 2 report, increasing the budget for this scheme to
£15,422,676.
