Member for New Homes and Sustainable Development;
 
1. 
Approves the direct award of the Main Works Contract to
deliver 27 new council homes and to refurbish one council home at
66 Linden Grove to Bugler Developments Ltd (Bugler) for the sum of
£11,143,055, for a period of 24 months starting in November
2023.
 
2. 
Notes the total scheme budget as further detailed in the
closed report.
 
3. 
Notes that award of the contract noted in recommendation 1
is subject to approval of the budget as further detailed in
paragraph 49 (of the report)..
