That the Cabinet Member for Climate Emergency, Clean Air & Streets:
 
1. 
Instructs officers to make the
traffic management order (“TMO”) required to formalise
the permanent closure of Stoney Street (from Southwark St. to Park
St.) to motor vehicles at all times

Considered the 47 responses
received in relation to informal consultation on proposals to close
Stoney Street at all times to motor vehicles (Appendix A of the
report)

Considered the comments made
regarding the proposals at both informal consultation drop-in
sessions and comments received from key stakeholders (Appendix A of
the report)

Instructs officers
to report back with the outcome of the statutory consultation prior
to the making of any permanent TMOs in the event that
objections are received which
officers are unable to resolve, during the statutory consultation
stage planned for the permanent traffic order
