Decision

1. 
That the procurement strategy to use the LBLA barrister
framework to provide barrister services to the council for a period
of three years commencing 1 January 2024 with an option to extend
for a further year at an estimated annual value of £875k and
an estimated total value of £3,500,000 be
approved.
 
2. 
That the delegation of the gateway 2 award decision to
allow use of the LBLA framework to the Assistant Chief Executive
– Governance and Assurance be approved.
