Decision

 
1. 
That the 459 responses received
be considered in relation to the proposed cycle route between
Rotherhithe and Peckham and the recommendations made by officers
regarding the future of the scheme based on the consultation report
in Appendix 1, and the further details in Appendices 2,3,4,5 and 6
and wider council policies.
 

2. 
That
officers be
instructed to proceed to the detailed design stages and any
statutory requirements to implement the scheme as shown in Appendix
4 subject to making changes to the design based on comments
received during this consultation stage.
 

3. 
That it be
noted that a further report will be brought to the Cabinet
Member in respect of the detailed design should we receive any
objections at the statutory consultation stage.
 

4. 
That it be
noted that the scheme supports the Council’s Streets
for People aspirations.
