Decision

That the
Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods, Leisure and Parks;
 
1. 
approves the commissioning framework detailed in this
report for the ‘Positive Futures for Young People Fund’
grants programme for the period 1 April 2024 – 31 March 2026
for a total of £1,175,994 consisting of £1,145,994
council funding plus a £30,000 donation from JCDecaux (as part of the social value element of an
existing contract they currently hold with the council).

notes that:

The fund will be split in various ring fenced pots/lots as
set out in paragraph 18
· 
Young people’s voices have been at the heart of
setting the commissioning priorities
· 
Young people will be integral to the funding allocation
recommendations process
