arrangement on Westmoreland Road
 

Decision

That the Cabinet Member for Climate
Emergency, Clean Air and Streets
 
1. 
Considered the four valid
representations (2 support, 2 objections), and officers
response  as
summarised in paragraphs 23 and 24 in relation to
the experimental traffic scheme in place under
‘‘TMO2223-EXP05_Westmoreland
Road’ on Westmoreland
Road which includes a camera enforced traffic
filter.
 
2. 
Considered the officer’s response to the
objections received as set out in Appendix 1 and determines the
grounds for objections. 
 
3. 
Instructs officers to write to those who made
representations to ensure that they are informed of the outcome of
the Council’s decision.
 
4. 
Instruct officers to make the necessary permanent
Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) to retain the traffic filter at
Westmoreland Road.
 
5. 
Notes the scheme supports the Council’s
Streets for People aspirations
