for the additional costs to the end of June 2023.

Approves the variation of the contract with John F Hunt
Regeneration Limited for demolition and enabling works for The
Charter School East Dulwich Phase 2 by £101,242 excluding VAT
for security and scaffolding costs to the end of October 2023.
