contract for the supply of temporary modular teaching accommodation
for phase 2

Decision

 
 
That the Strategic Director,  Children and Adult Services;
 
1. 
Approves the award of The Charter School East Dulwich phase 2
temporary teaching accommodation contract to REDS10 Ltd. in the sum
of £689,085.50 for a period of 13 months commencing July
2023.
 
2. 
Notes that £185,058.87 of the costs relate to the Autism
Spectrum Disorder resource and will be funded from agreed council
budgets.
