Purpose

To approve the procurement strategy

Decision

That the
procurement strategy in this report for the delivery of a Council
for the Voluntary Sector (CVS), infrastructure and volunteering,
through a single supplier negotiation with Community Southwark for
a total annual sum of £401,283 over a period of up to five
years (4+1 years) 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2029, making a total
fixed contract sum of £2,006,415, be
approved.
