Purpose

To approve the award of the
Commercial Cleaning Services contract commencing  June 2023.
 
 

Decision

That the
Strategic Director of Environment, Neighbourhoods
and Growth approves the award of the Commercial Cleaning Services
contract, required for the eight insourced leisure facilities, to
Constellia Public Limited, who will sub-contract services to Rapid
Commercial Cleaning Services Limited, for a total contract value of
£1,299,372 (i.e. £649,686 per annum) for a period of
one year plus one year commencing 20 June
2023.
