with Hill Partnerships Ltd by £2,118,326, be approved.

That the revised total scheme cost inclusive of a
works costs variance and the addition of a contingency sum as
further detailed in the closed report, be
approved.
 
3. 
That the revised anticipated contract completion
date of August 2025, be
noted.
