variation

Decision

1. 
That the extension of the domestic abuse service
element of the current contract with Refuge, for a period of 3
months from 7 November 2025 to 6 February 2026, at a cost of
£179,569.40 with an option to extend for a further
contingency period of up to 3 months until 6 May 2026 at a cost
of £181,441.35, be approved.
 
2. 
That the extension of the supported accommodation
element of the current contract with Refuge,
for a period of 12 months from 7
November 2025 to 6 November 2026, at a cost
of £180,847.75, be approved.
 
3. 
That it be noted that the total cost of extending both service
elements; domestic abuse service for 3 months, and accommodation
support for 12 months to be £362,289.  The option of a further 3-month extension for the
domestic abuse service for the full duration, would cost an
additional £181,441.35, making a total maximum contract value
of £541,858.50.
