Disposal of the Council's
freehold interest by auction or any other approved method of
sale

Decision

1. 
The Council disposes
of this property (shown edged red on the plan at Appendix 1)
subject to it being sold at a price that satisfies the
Council’s statutory obligation to achieve market
value.
 
2. 
The Strategic Director
of Resources authorises the Assistant Director of Property to
determine the minimum price for which the property will be
sold.
