Approval of framework agreement
contract award to successful suppliers

Decision

That the Strategic
Director for Children and Adult Services;
1. 
Approves the
establishmentof aSouthwark CouncilFramework Agreementfor Nursery,
Primary and Secondary School Food Service and consequent Call-off
contracts that will be entered into by individual nurseries and
schools.
2. 
Approves the award of
the Southwark Council Framework Agreement for Nursery, Primary and
Secondary School Food Service with an estimated contract valueof
£8m,extrapolated overthe maximumfour
yearterm, commencing 1 August 2025 for a period of three
years with an option to extend for one year and agrees to the
appointment of eight suppliers. The suppliers are:
