Decision

That Cabinet under the scheme
of delegation:
 
1. 
Authorises the Director of Planning & Growth, in
consultation with the Strategic Director of Resources, to proceed
with the open market letting of flats 1-5 Shand Street, London, SE1
2ES on a single lease in line with the recommendations included in
this report.
 
2. 
Notes the circumstances leading to the proposed
letting and due diligence being undertaken by officers and their
advisors.
 
3. 
Delegates to the Director of
Planning and Growth, advised by and in consultation with the
Strategic Director of Resources, authority to complete the letting
of the flats.
