successful suppliers following procurement exercises. Lot 2 -
System Integration Partner, Lot 3 Business Change

Decision

1. 
That the Strategic Director of Resources
in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Equalities, Democracy
& Finance approves the award of Lot 2 of the Enterprise
Resource Planning System Replacement Procurement for a System
Implementation partner to HCL Technologies UK Limited under the
Crown Commercial Services (CCS) RM6193 Software Design and
Implementation Services framework agreement for £5,550,887.07
for a period of two years commencing in September 2025, with the
option of one further one-year extension.
 
2. 
That the Strategic Director of Resources
in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Equalities, Democracy
& Finance approves the award of Lot 3 of the Enterprise
Resource Planning System Replacement Procurement for a Business
Change Partner to Veran Performance Limited under the Crown
Commercial Services (CCS) RM6193 Software Design and Implementation
Services framework agreement for £1,506,158.30 for a period
of two years, commencing September 2025, with the option of one
further one-year.

That the Strategic Director of Resources
notes, for Lot 3 Business Change, the change in contract duration
since Gateway 1 approval is up to three years, consisting of an
initial period of two years followed by one further one-year
extension, as further detailed in paragraph 28 of the
report.

That the Strategic Director of Resources
notes, for Lot 3 Business Change, the change in the criteria
weighting since Gateway 1 approval to 55% Quality, 40% Price and 5%
Social Value, as further detailed in paragraph 29 of the
report

That the Strategic Director of Resources
notes that further details on proposals can be found in paragraphs
16 to 81 of the report, including planned contract management
processes throughout the duration of the contract to ensure that
the deliverables meet the council’s requirements.
