of the Southwark Highways Works Contract with FM Conway Ltd (Lot A
– Reactive maintenance and small scale reactive repair works)
(Lot B – Planned improvement or renewal works to our
highways), for an additional one year period from 1 April 2026 at
an estimated total cost of £12,000,000 (£2.45m for Lot
A and £9.55m for Lot B) in order to deliver highways works to
support the delivery of highway improvements as part of Lots A and
B of the Southwark Highways Works Contract 2020-26.
