Approves the procurement strategy outlined in this
report for the council to be a participating authority in relation
to the procurement exercise being conducted by Haringey Council as
the lead host for the London Boroughs Legal Alliance (LBLA)
Solicitors Framework for the provision of external solicitor
services for a period of three years commencing 8 January 2026,
with an option to extend for a further year, at an estimated annual
value of £2,375,000 and an estimated total value (for the
full four year period) of £9.5m.

Notes that there is an annual LBLA membership fee of
£11,377, as detailed in paragraph 48 of this
report.
