That the procurement strategy to use ProcurePublic’s Building Refurbishment
Framework 2025 (Lot 7: Fire Safety Maintenance and Installations)
to let two contracts, each for a duration of three years, with an
option to extend by a further one year, commencing on 11 May 2026,
be approved. The procurement will be conducted via a
mini-competition process for the award of the contracts to the two
suppliers to deliver fire remediation works (Non-Building Safety
Fund/Cladding Safety Scheme[1]
funded schemes) BSF/CSS at a total estimated value of
£15,900,000.

That the procurement
strategy to use ProcurePublic’s
Building Refurbishment Framework (Lot 1: Building Refurbishment
Services (unified lot) to let three contracts for a period of up to
three years commencing on 23 March 2026, be approved. The
procurement will be conducted via a mini-competition process for
the award of the contracts to three suppliers to deliver External
Wall Remediation works (BSF/CSS funded schemes) at a total
estimated value of £34,955,000.
