Purpose

Disposal of the Council's freehold interest by
auction or any other approved method of sale

Decision

That:
 
1. 
The disposal of the property’s freehold
interest to the current leaseholder on the terms set out in the
closed version of this report be authorised and the capital receipt
for the Council’s Housing Investment programme  be earmarked by the Strategic Director of
Resources.
 
2. 
The Assistant Director–Property carry out any
further negotiations with the purchaser which may be required prior
to completion of the transaction be authorised by the Strategic
Director of Resources.
