Purpose

To approve procurement strategy
to award two electrical installation, repairs and maintenance
contracts

Decision

1. 
That the Strategic Director of Housing approves the
procurement strategy outlined in this report for two electrical
installations repairs and maintenance contracts:
· 
Contract A - Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, Walworth and
Borough and Bankside at an estimated annual cost of
£8.756m
· 
Contract B – Camberwell, Dulwich, Peckham and
Nunhead at an estimated annual cost of £8.756m
for a period of five
years with the option to extend each contract
by up to two years, with an estimated start date of 4 January 2027,
making a total estimated value of £122.584m for both
contracts.
