Purpose

To approve the introduction of
the meeting pod hire charges for library meeting pods

Decision

1. 
That the introduction
of the meeting pod hire charges for library meeting pods, soon to
be installed at various libraries, with effect from 1 December
2025, as set out below, be approved.
 
2. 
That the following
charges be introduced:
· 
4-person meeting pod,
£14 per hour commercial rate, £7 per hour community
rate, applicable to voluntary and community sector organisations.
· 
1
or 2 person meeting pod, £10 per hour commercial rate, £5
per hour community rate, applicable to voluntary and community
sector organisations.
