Purpose

To consider the
representations received, and to determine each objection and
comment; to instruct officers to make the existing traffic
management order(s) (TMO) to proceed with the proposal; and to
instruct officers to write to each person who made
representations.

That the Cabinet
Member for Clean Air, Streets and Waste:

 
1. 
Considered the 40
representations received as summarised in Table One, during the
statutory consultation for ‘TMO2526-015 Peckham Rye
C35’ relating to the implementation of
a proposed new cycle route (“C35”) in Peckham Rye,
incorporating the following roads: Peckham Rye (East), Solomons
Passage, Somerton Road, Waveney Avenue, Rye Hill Park, Homestall Road, Stuart Road and Cheltenham
Road.
 
2. 
Considered each objection and comment as per the table
prepared by officers in Appendix 1 of the report and notes the
comments summarised in Table Three of the report

 
3. 
Instructs officers to
make the existing Traffic Management Order(s) (TMO) to proceed with
the proposal to implement the parking and traffic restrictions for
the cycle route (C35).
 
4. 
Instructs officers to write to each person who made
