Works contract to Story Contracting Limited to a value not
exceeding £7.5m for an estimated period of 15 months, or 21
months if extended, commencing on (or around) 13th March
2026.

Approves the allocation of a project contingency of
10% at an estimated value of £750,000 should it become
necessary and delegate the expenditure of that sum to the Policy
