1. 
The council’s use of the newly procured London
Borough Legal Alliance (LBLA) Solicitors Framework, to provide
solicitor services to the council for a period of four years, which
commenced on 8 January 2026, subject to the optional one further
year extension being exercised, with an estimated annual value of
£2,375,000 and an estimated total value of
£9.5m.
 
2. 
The council entering into an access agreement with
Haringey council for participation in the LBLA Solicitors Framework
and an agreement with Kennedy Cater Limited, who will manage the
framework at an estimated annual membership fee of £11,377.00
(excl VAT), which may vary depending on
the number of organisations who later become members.
