£115,145 per annum in grants to a range of non-profit
partners for the delivery of short breaks provision from April 2026
to March 2028, including
 
1.1. 
Eight small grants for SEND
workshops, trips and family events during school holidays at a
total value of £35,943 per annum
1.2. 
Seven small grants for SEND
special interest groups and activities for young people 16+ at a
total value of £79,202 per annum

Notes that the grant awards
will utilise £115,145 per annum from the annual targeted
short breaks budget.
